Access cards shall be issued to statutory users and dues
paying members only. |

A. An access card is solely for the use of the
individual to whom it is issued. It is not to be shared with partners,
associates, employees, relatives, or friends. |

B. The Librarian may refuse to issue access cards to
firm adjudged to be withholding dues payments for a significant number of
attorneys working for the firm. This determination will be based on
the number of attorneys listed in the Firm's section of the Toledo Bar
Association Directory or on the firm's letterhead. |

C. Access cards shall be issued to statutory users and
dues paying members in person only. Card holders must sign a statement
agreeing to abide by this policy and the rules and regulations of the Toledo
Law Association. |

Holders of access cards must comply with the rules and
regulations of The Toledo Law Association. |
| |
A. Non-circulating materials may not be
removed from the library. Circulating materials may be checked out by
signing the card and leaving it at the circulation desk. |

B. There is no smoking in the library at
any time. |
| |
C. Access to the library before 8:30 a.m. and
after 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, on weekends, and on holidays is
limited to statutory users and dues paying attorneys. |

D. Access card holders shall not interfere
with Lucas County Facilities Department employees performing maintenance
tasks after hours. |

Access cards remain the property of the Toledo Law
Association and Lucas County. |
| |
A. Lost or stolen cards should be reported
immediately to the Law Librarian. |
| |
B. Access card holders will reimburse the
Toledo Law Association for the cost of replacing a lost card. |

The Law Librarian may revoke an access card if the holder
becomes delinquent in paying his or her dues, or if the individual violates
any rule, regulation or policy. In such event the card holder shall
surrender the card upon request. |
